How refunds are handled

Prism Finance does not manually process every charge. The applicable refund policy depends on the purchase channel used.

Google Play purchases

If the subscription or purchase was made through Google Play, the refund is governed by Google Play's refund policy and by the tools Google makes available within the user's account.

You should review the order in Google Play and submit the refund request through that channel when applicable.

Stripe purchases

If the premium payment was completed on the web through Stripe, the refund review, approval, and execution rely on Stripe's operational and chargeback policies together with internal case review.

To review a billing issue, write from the email used for the purchase and include the date, amount, and payment identifier if available.

Important

Premium access may be fully or partially disabled when a payment is refunded, canceled, or reversed by the payment provider.
